Among our Recent Accomplishments, we have:

FDA accepted our NDA for Sprix™ for full review. A PDUFA date of October 5, 2009 has been set.

Completed a Series B financing that raised $42.7 million.

Completed a Phase 2 clinical study of ROX-828 for the treatment of migraine.

Our Near Term Goals Include:

Identify a commercial US partner for Sprix™.

Submit data from our Phase 3 studies of Sprix™ for publication in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
